The journey of 1000 miles begins with 1 step

I am choosing these wise words by Lao Tzu to start this blog, because if I continued thinking of the whole distance, I would never have started... A year ago I was getting back to health after a burnout, lost my job due to reorganisation and the only thought in my head was to find a new job (same type of HR business partnering) for a medium/big multinational (the only working environment I knew then).

And as I was sending my applications and going through interview stages, more and more I was thinking that maybe there is another way, an option I have not yet explored... and if yes, what if I like that option better...?

With every next step coaching others brings me so much joy, my failures are learnings, the successes bring excitement and are also learnings, I feel truly blessed with every single progress my clients make. I hope I will be able to share the stories that will inspire you to take the first step.
