Break destructive habits and build new ones that will help to transform your health in 90 days The 90 Days to Healthier Living programme is for anyone who feels like they need some change around their eating, exercising and resting habits, but often get confused with the amount of information available on these topics and get discouraged by lack of lasting results. We meet online, once a week for 12 consecutive weeks to create new routines around food, movement and self perception.
